Emotional Sources of Disease  6 hrs

Emotional traumas or damage can manifest into physical symptoms and disease. The word Dis-ease is self explanatory, the body is not at ease. When looking at a particular area of the body, think about the function of that area – eg. your stomach; what can you not stomach in your life or what are you having a hard time digesting.

Chakra Basics

This class explains the where, what, how and why of Chakras. I introduce you to where the chakras are, what they do for us, why they may be out of balance and how to bring them back into alignment.

We investigate many different techniques to balance the Chakras.  We cover   Commons Chakra Blockages, Chakra energy movement exercises, Sounding and Chakra Balancing, Drumming the Chakras into Alignment and Using Crystals to balance the Chakras

 Reiki Practitioner Certificate  48 hrs

First Degree Reiki     12 hrs training

The focus of Level One is on self-healing and helping others. After the student completes the required training, which may take one to four days, they are able to practice Reiki and do self-healings. At this level, the student learns the history of Reiki, the energy system, the nature of the Reiki energy, the Reiki Ethics, the five principles or precepts, the three pillars of Reiki, the hand positions, how to do a self-healing and how to provide a session for others.

This degree is a permanent attunement to the Reiki Ray. Once initiated, it allows a person to channel Reiki energy for healing oneself and others. It requires no special invocation or alteration of the thinking process to turn on the flow of Reiki. By simply placing hands on and opening the heart to love, one automatically brings in the energy. The first degree is the foundation of all three degrees and must first be mastered before the person is considered for the next degree.

First Degree Advanced     12 hrs training  
This course is open to anyone with First Degree Attunement or above.
It covers information that we do not have time to elaborate on during the initial Reiki training. The work we do in this series of classes assist in keeping your energy at as high a vibration as you can at all times. In the past and more so recently Reiki Practitioners have burnt out because they are not always taking care of their own energy.
The topics covered in this course ensures you are being regularly re-charged and cleared of heavy emotions we encounter in the healing work thus decreasing the likelihood of becoming jaded or tired or even worse ill.
It will awaken you on a deeper level.
There are 4 modules to this course each 3hrs in duration

Second Degree Reiki   Reiki Practitioner

At Level Two, the focus is on learning the Japanese healing symbols and on sending Reiki from a distance (we must always get permission to send a distant healing). It is suggested that a student wait at least 21 days so that level one can be properly instilled and grounded within the student.

There is an in-depth discussion on clearing unwanted habits, empowering personal goals, and manifesting permanent change in the student’s life. The Japanese healing techniques are introduced and practiced. Distant sending is practiced.

The second degree requires further initiations for attunement to the Symbols utilized in this level.

The student is trained to use appropriate Second Degree Symbols which provide an increase of power from the Reiki Ray for Absent Healing, Distant Healing and Mental/Emotional Healing.

Upon receiving your certificate you are considered a Reiki Practitioner and may begin charging for treatments.

Second Degree Advanced
 This class is for anyone who has been attuned to the Second Degree Symbols.
We will study the meaning and uses of each symbol in a more detailed and in dept way.
We will also work with additional Symbols to enhance enlightenment.

This Certification ensures you are knowledgeable in the benefits of Holistic Health, the role it  should play in our own lives and in the lives of others.
You will be trained in at two Holistic modalities, the ethical and moral obligations to your clients and extensive information on running a Holistic Health Practice.
Holistic Health is becoming more  accepted by the general public as a valid contender in our Health Care.
Most Holistic Health Modalities focus on getting to the Source of illness and not just treating the symptoms.  It would be ideal if prevention rather than cure was the approach we used for managing our health, avoiding illness and disease.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is a relaxing and stress-alleviating massage of the scalp, face, neck, shoulders and upper arms based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system. This treatment is enjoyed while sitting on a chair, leaning against a table to rest your arms which are folded for comfort and stability when you become extremly relaxed. Indian Head massage is usually experienced using aromatherapy oils, however it may be experienced on the scalp dry so as to not " mess up' your hair!

Heated Stone Therapy

Using hot stones for the relief of aching muscles, sore joints and tense spots is a therapy that goes back to ancient civilizations. Heated, then placed on the back, chest, shoulders, in the palms, even placed between toes, the natural stones gently transfer heat, which radiates deeply to provide a relaxing, emotionally soothing treatment.

Hot Stone Wrap

This is an amazing treatment. Your body is wrapped in an aromatherapy sheet, for 30 mins, then heated stones are placed on your body for the remaining 30 min.

Heavenly Hand Treatment & Hand Wrap

Rejuvenating hand treatment incorporating, reflexology points, Intuitive Massage and Reiki Energy.
